Polyp of the left vocal fold

A patient with a left vocal fold polyp was admitted to the Department due to dysphonia.
Cotton swab was used to secure the endotracheal tube. A CO2 laser was used to remove the lesion. Material was taken with forceps for histopathological examination.
The most important thing is to keep as much healthy epithelium as possible when removing the polyp
